Plot
The movie revolves around Om Srivastav (Govinda), a simple man who works as a security guard in a mall. He lives with his wife Rajeshwari (Karisma Kapoor) and his son Bunty. One day, he witnesses a murder committed by a notorious gangster named Chhote (Kiran Kumar) and his henchmen. Om manages to escape from the scene and informs the police about the crime. However, he is shocked to learn that Chhote is the brother of a powerful politician named Shankar Bhanu (Sushma Seth), who has influence over the police and the judiciary. Om realizes that his life is in danger and decides to flee from the city with his family.
Meanwhile, Shankar Bhanu hires a professional assassin named Vicky (Tabu) to kill Om and his family. Vicky is a cold-blooded killer who never fails to complete her assignments. She tracks down Om and his family and follows them to their new destination. However, she faces an unexpected challenge when she falls in love with Om after seeing his innocence and kindness. She decides to spare his life and help him escape from Chhote's clutches. However, this puts her in conflict with her boss Shankar Bhanu, who wants Om dead at any cost.
